Participants are advised to book rooms as early as possible, since rooms will be reserved on a first come\/first served basis, using the registration <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.pacifico-meetings.com\/GesCoForm\/?cfg=821\">link<\/a>. All prices include breakfast and VAT.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The reservations will be confirmed upon reception of the\u00a0total stay payment. No reservation will be guaranteed and processed without the payment. You will receive confirmation of the hotel booking indicating the name of the hotel and its address; the confirmation letter must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2022 100% payment in advance will be required in order to guarantee the reservation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2022 After March 1st 2016\u00a0the availability cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2022 Allotments at the Hotel are for the dates of the\u00a0event and co-located events. Previous days or late departure reservations are subject to hotel availability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2022 Special needs cannot be guaranteed, however Grupo Pacifico will do their best to honour all requests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2022 A confirmation letter will be sent once reservation is confirmed<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Prices Princesa Sofia Hotel<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Double Room: 186,00\u20ac<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Double Single Use Room: 164,00\u20ac<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>* RATES PER NIGHT, BREAKFAST, TOURIST TAX AND VAT INCLUDED.<\/em><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Hotel Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2022 Cancellations and\/or changes should be made in writing exclusively to Grupo Pacifico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2022 No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09.00 AM on the following day, and the full payment will not be refundable.
