Registration
Registration and payment of fees will be absolutely necessary for attending any of the Conference Events. The form must be accompanied by the payment in Euros (€). No registration will be considered until the payment is received.
In order to ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers request that you register using the online registration form. Your credit card and personal information will be protected from unauthorized access by an online security system (SSL).
Early registration deadline is February 3, 2016.
The latest date for pre-registration will be March 9th, 2016. Any registration form received after this date, will be processed on site at the Conference venue.
Conference registration for HPCA 2016 includes admission to any session in the three co-located conference (HPCA 2016, PPoPP 2016, CGO 2016), digital conference proceedings, banquet and excursion, breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunches.
Students attending the conference may be eligible for a student travel grant. To apply, follow this link.

Cancellation policy
Registered participants unable to attend the Conference may ask for refunds. All cancellation must be addressed by writing to the General Secretariat: hpca2016@pacifico-meetings.com
There is a 50€ cancellation fee for registrations that are cancelled prior to February 15, 2016. After February 15, no refunds are offered. All refunds will be done after the Conference.
Badges and Security
It is essential that you wear your personal badge at all times while in the Conference venue and during the Social Events, as it is the official entrance pass to scientific sessions. For the Social Events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.
Lunches and coffee breaks
Conference lunches and coffee-breaks will be provided by the Organization.
Attendance Certificate
Attendance Certificates will be issued by the General Secretariat and given to the registered participants on the first day.
Medical Assistance and Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Symposium. Neither the Organization nor the Conference Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Symposium.
Pending Amounts
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Conference Secretariat. In case that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Conference account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.
Accomodation at the Conference Venue
HPCA will be held at the Hotel Princesa Sofia hotel
The General Secretariat of the Symposium offers the participant’s rooms at special prices during the period of March 12 to March 16, 2016. Participants are advised to book rooms as early as possible, since rooms will be reserved on a first come/first served basis, using the registration link. All prices include breakfast and VAT.
The reservations will be confirmed upon reception of the total stay payment. No reservation will be guaranteed and processed without the payment. You will receive confirmation of the hotel booking indicating the name of the hotel and its address; the confirmation letter must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.
• 100% payment in advance will be required in order to guarantee the reservation.
• After March 1st 2016 the availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Allotments at the Hotel are for the dates of the event and co-located events. Previous days or late departure reservations are subject to hotel availability.
• Special needs cannot be guaranteed, however Grupo Pacifico will do their best to honour all requests.
• A confirmation letter will be sent once reservation is confirmed

Hotel Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations and/or changes should be made in writing exclusively to Grupo Pacifico.
• No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09.00 AM on the following day, and the full payment will not be refundable. The hotel is enabled to charge the total amount of the whole stay.
• Please note that all appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference
• For the cancellations received before February 1st, 2016, there will be no cancellation charges excepting 30,00 Euros per cancelled room as handling fee.
• Cancellations received between February 1st, 2016 and February 29th, 2016 will apply a cancellation fee of 1 night.
• Any cancellation received after March 1st, 2016 will apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the total of the stay.
